This is how you make a sequel! The action, the drama, the twists, the turns, the DRAGONS!!! I adored this second part in the HTTYD Trilogy! My love for Hiccup and Toothless forever grows and it's amazing getting to see Hiccup as a grown adult, carving out his own identity!! Loved this film. ONTO THE THIRD!!!

For some reason my camera stopped recording near the end but I only missed about 30 seconds of the film, so we managed to save the reaction lol!

Timing is impeccable, I just finished my rewatch of Race to the Edge yesterday! I recommend watching the series in your own time if you want to learn more about the dragons and the time in-between movie 1 and 2 but it's a pretty long and silly series, wouldn't say it's good for a reaction, just for yourself if you want more background!

I both love and hate the movie. After knowing how it ends with Stoic, I do have a problem enjoying it as much as the first time. I just hate how they got to be reunited for what 1-2 hours, one song and dance and thats that. Seperated again 🥺 But also I love these movies. Look forward to the next reaction.

love this film, hate the third but it’s a good one if you’ve not watched the show- the show takes place when he’s 18 or so and is basically him finding all the islands and also how him and astrid officially got together, love the show

The way Drago controls the dragons is the way they “tame” (read abuse) elephants, the staff he uses is based off the staff people use on elephants

This movie serves visuals tbh. I love the running theme of family, both found and otherwise and how we're shaped by them but also walk our own path.

I love that since you're Scottish you can give such a personal opinion on movies like this and the accent comparisons it's so awesome and intriguing. I would love to hear you talk more about things like that and explain what exactly about the imitation accents are wrong and how it would actually be, even though I know there's so many different accents in Scotland Lol. Just such a beautiful dialect.
