Failed Prototype of Gregori sculpt, created 2014

In 2014 we wanted to have a life-size Gregori for our kickstarter backers, so we sculpted and cast a mold in the hopes of fulfilling that goal.  The mold was formed, but unfortunately casting Gregori proved difficult.  Everytime we attempted to cast Gregori, the piece got a large chunk of the mold in his mouth, ruining the entire process.  We attempted twice, and what you see now is one of the finished results.  Crude painted resin with partial clay teeth to recover what was lost in the mold.  We’ve decided that if we want to produce Gregori’s sometime in the future, it will be outsourced to a larger toy-producing company.  This is one of two created, we are willing to part with him at a starting bid of 30.00
