The matte-finish hardcovers from this printer are silky smooth, with a foil stamp to boot.  Sent a crate to Amazon, but most of them are already sold which is bizarre.

I totally enjoyed reading the book! And I'm glad to see the Amazon sale went well! As a backer, I give this a 10 and would recommend it to anyone that wants something more than the Grinch for a good Christmas read. Congrats, Dave, Liz, and all the rest that helped with this book. Looking forward to more great stuff from Vivid!

Yet another item not available in my country.. I'm starting to believe what the Americans tell us.. Canada is a worthless hole :(

I believe it's actually a Canadian law- I've run into it before. They don't permit books published outside Canada to be imported into the country. I have no idea why this law is in place, but it does mean Amazon sales there are tough to work out. If you e-mail us, we could mail one by hand though.
