Hey, everyone!

Just a quick little message for those who are DLing the Adopts. This is a mini tutorial on how to import the Adopt a Sim Characters' Tray Files so that they show up directly into your game. One other thing to note, is to make sure you have INCLUDE CUSTOM CONTENT checked so you can see the characters in your Library. If you aren't sure where to find the "Include Custom Content" box, I have attached a snapshot to this post to help you out.

EASY!! How to install Lots / Sims from Websites | Sims 4 Tray Files Tutorial

Read here if it doesnt work! TURN ON CUSTOM CONTENT ON THE LEFT UNDER ADVANCED MAKE SURE YOUR GAME HAS THE REQUIRED EXPANSION PACKS MAKE SURE YOU USED THE RIGHT FOLDERS. MODS DO NOT GO INTO TRAY & TRAY FILES DO NOT GO INTO MODS. IT WONT WORK! HAVING YOUR GAME UPDATED COULD WORK! NOT ALL CC WORKS FOR EVERYONE, IT COULD BE FAULTY SO TRY LOADS OF THEM. IF A LOT DOESNT SHOW UP, GO INTO BUILD MODE. FOR MAC USERS CLICK HERE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7b5y32JUw0 IF YOU GET A RED X AND IT SAYS THE ITEM CANNOT BE LOCATED I have done some research, try reinstalling origin, try placing the house offline mode, try running the game without mods and then with, double check the right game version & if you have the right expansion packs, also check if youre antivirus isnt blocking origin or the game,.. ALSO. I just read something about tray files. TRY moving the tray file folder to your desktop, run the game without that. When you loaded up the game, it will automatically make a new tray folder.
