Added a stage to retrieve a ring swallowed by a sleeping girl!

Right now start directly in the stomach, but in the next update player would like to enter through the girl's mouth.

I will make previous version (0.3.2) available to the public.

Select a stage on the title screen and then ring the bell.

Find the ring and escape.

As long as player grips the wall of the esophagus, player can withstand being returned by swallowing.

-I brightened up the area around the player for now. In the future I would like to implement a shop and sell lanterns.

Next update plan

-Ring retrieve stage to allow player entry through the girl's mouth.

-Allow the player to pry open the spigot (the entrance to the stomach)

-I want to use ray for UI.

-Fix the food glowing in stomach.

To-Do

-Some event or reaction when the player is in the stomach (Food causes the stomach to fill with acid, etc.)

-More situation in mouth and be swallowed variations (For example, player just get licked)

-Change the parameters under which a girl goes hungry.

-Add a situation where a player is climbing up an esophagus and is disturbed by falling food.

-Add other stages such as digestion promotion, etc. Keep throwing food falling in the stomach into the gastric juices. (The stomach shakes and the gastric juice falls down and disturbs you.)

-Allow the player to enhance himself in the shop. (burp, gastric juice damage reduction, etc.)

-Additional task goals. Additional rewards for accomplishing tasks.

-Add other girl.

-Add a storyline.

-Upgrade the UI.
