Alright, turns out we have a lot more people interested than I thought in Timo's E39.  I was thinking that we randomly pick someone, but as I was typing this, I got a notification that raffles and giveaways based on chance are forbidden on Patreon. Therefore, we can't do that.

What we can do and what's allowed according to their guidelines, is that you, Patreons, decide who's going to get the car. I am unsure what's the best way to do that, but here's what I was thinking and do let me know if you think this is fair.

If you are interested in taking the car, comment down below what would you do with the car, whether you could use a daily for work, to haul stuff or you always wanted an E39 or anything else... try to keep it reasonably brief and to the point. Then 48 hours after this post goes live, I will create a poll where all of the Patreons can vote and decide who's the next custodian of this E39. (Since there's already a lot of comments, we'll do the poll after 48 hours)

In the poll, there will be Patreon's name and in the description of the poll, I will copy/paste your comment that you left here so that voters can read all of them in one place and vote based on that.

I hope you find this fair, but as I said, do share your thoughts.

I mentioned it would be best to keep it within EU, but if it makes financial sense for you to import it to your country and pay import duty, tax, fees... then by all means participate.

The collection of the car will be your responsibility. The car is unregistered, so you'll need to pick it up with a tow truck/trailer, or if within Germany, you can buy 5 day Yellow temporary number plates. For export, you can buy Red export number plates, they are a bit costly though.

The car runs and drives and will get you to places, but it's very much a project car that needs TLC so keep that in mind.

In the meantime, I'll get all fluids for this car from Liqui Moly to go with it for the next owner.

That's about it. Thank you everyone and thank you again, Timo!
