The November pinup elected is Nessa, I'll now ask your opinion about what expansion she deserve.
Note: I removed hyper-pregnancy this time, even if this is fun, this is not something I want to do all the time. I know a part of you to know that, if I allow the option, it would be chosen every single time XD
