Remove Money System (Patreon)

I think the Money system has become a bit of a chore more than something that adds to the game. Im thinking of removing it and just having everything unlocked for now. You will still need loyalty for other things but i think the money just makes it annoying to have to wait for as its something you cant really do yourself

At some point i want to add a mini game or something like that for you to unlock certain things or tasks you have to do as you will need to upgrade your house but without money i need to find another way to do that
