Known Bug

  • Pausing the game and quit in order to retry an important battle can cause the gems to stop interacting with mouse input. Pausing and unpausing the game can get around this bug for now.

Other Notes

  • The patron-only build requires you to login and play the game through Itch app, otherwise you won't be able to play it.
  • After download, you'll be able to access the game's page. However,please don't click buying the game from that page.If you need to download the game again, please access it through patron-only page, or save the page with the download key somewhere so you can access it later.

The quest screen should tell you to go back to the inn. If it tells you to go to the coliseum and you can't fight Kailano, please file it in the bug report. - Punipen

Saving after the last battle in the arena does not work ( Who can throw a file with the save ?

During the Kailano battle, when I pressed pause > quit battle> retry , it doesn't let me select gems during the battle. It works when you restart the game, though. Very excited to play through the rest of the update :D

Whirlpool, is too broken, it's impossible to win, I'm a casual player and a not player, this battle depends a lot of luck.

Seems like the main problem is the inn master. Even if you restart from chapter 1, you can't progress because he's busy.

The background of the Dock is not displayed and it shows "cannot create 'bg' ". Besides part3 is fun to play and the ship battle is interesting. Tbh I was expecting to have more with Jara but I guess the erotic scene is fair enough. Thank you for the update.

When going to the dock, it says "cannot load bg" and the background is completely black. Not sure if this is on my end or not though.

I liked the update, but blindness is my least favorite status effect to date. Since the blindness square frequently only showed one match at a time, it felt like the AI taking my turn for me. I would have preferred that actually. It’s not fun having to be the one to remove my own buffs, because it is literally the only match.

Thanks for the feedback! Forcing you to make an unwanted move is definitely the purpose of Darkness Gem and I can see how that can be frustrating. There will be an equipment that help you deal with this gem in the future. For now, other ways to deal with the darkness gem are: - Use a skill that affect random gems on the board like Bash. - Use a skill to pass your action. - You don't have to make a match the darkness suggests. If you can memorize a certain match you want to make just before the darkness appear, sometimes it's possible to swap those two gems instead. - Punipen

That was basically how I worked around it. One thing though, is that I did try to click outside of the box first thing, but I couldn’t tell whether or not I could even interact with the gems in the darkness, so I gave up that approach.

On another note, the whirlpool segment was a lot of fun. I would like to see more alternate objectives in the future. It was a refreshing change of pace from the usual gameplay.

Oh, I didn't mean swapping the gems outside the box. What I meant is, inside the visible area, some swaps might make a match with other gems that aren't visible. Gems that are covered by darkness cannot be clicked and cannot be targeted of a skill that requires you to choose gems on the board. - Punipen

First of all, I just want to say that I think this is probably one of the best updates you’ve rolled out for this game in its history! The section with Jara going out to sea was an amazing twist in gameplay and really added to the variety you’ve given this game despite its simplistic puzzle-matching style of battle. The giant octopus and especially the whirlpool bosses were very creative and both had me delightfully surprised. They were just the right amount of difficult and I hope to see more variations towards the gameplay in future updates! The Darius colosseum fight, as with the previous ones, was EXTREMELY fulfilling, unique, well-thought-out, and the music coupled with the in-fight dialogue made it absolutely epic and legit had me 100% invested in the fight. The animations for everyone during the fight really added to the movement and immersion as things happen. Darius’ moveset is spot-on to his character and the fact that he can absolutely rampage all over you in this final phase is very appropriate for his unhinged anger! It was an amazing fight and despite Darius not being a huge favorite of mine, I absolutely loved him during his punishment scene as well! So, congratulations on another great addition to the game and I can’t wait to see more from you guys in the future!

Finally finished the entire chapter... and all I have to say is..... WTF!!! The fights, scenes, dialogue. It was all PERFECT!!! ***SPOILER WARNING*** The ending cliff hanger!!!! Holy shit what a great update!!!

Gotta agree with everything you said. I haven't beaten Darius yet but you're right when it comes to the music, dialogue and animations, it all makes the fight more meaningful.

The new content aren't available in Japanese. We cannot guaranteed when will the Japanese translation be available, as we are a small team and we don't have an English to Japanese translator who can help us. Currently, we are prioritizing finishing everything in English first until we can get someone to help. - Punipen

Captain Jara is very lovable and charming like all the other characters, hope he eventually shows up again. The special battle was also a very cool. The dedication to this project still shines through, good work :)

At last, I’ve beaten the third part of Chapter 3. It was a very exciting hard work. Especially, I had fun with the game of escaping from a whirlpool. I don’t know how many times I failed to rescue the ships. Darius was very tough, but I was lucky enough to beat him in a single match. Arctic armor was very useful this time again. His punishment scene was so erotic. I’m sure he will gain popularity and succeed in his missionary work. I found a saying “Immoral monks will be reborn as bulls” in Wikipedia. I think it is symbolic that Darius is a bull. The bath scene with Captain Jara was very erotic and attractive. I wonder why he didn’t do the same thing to Volga. By the way, Aoba is a wizard, Darius is a monk, Kakula is a warrior, and Cyrus is a prince. Oh, Volga looks like a brave man.

tecnically aoba is a summoner/druid, cyrus is an assasin/prince , darius monk/priest kakula warior/berseker and Volga is swordsmage.
