I've been fixing bugs and working on Darius' punishment scene for the next update. The animator is currently working on Tharsix animated sprite and I really like how it's coming along so far!

Hm... a thought I had in the event that the game is gonna just follow Volga's story, to allow for some of the Gladiators to continue on their fights as well as to play with the dating system, maybe in the later stages of the tourney, there's a 'team system'. Basically defeated Gladiators can rejoin the fight by teaming up with Gladiators still in the run. Gameplay wise they basically become assist icons, like what Darius did for that one Dungeon

To respond to Nekroramen's response to my idea (dunno why I can't see the response here), how to get allies is simple. If they're at a certain level on the relationship scale (probably the lower mid range at least), they can be recruitable, though the higher the relationship, the stronger effect, so it allows the relationshp part of the gameplay to add to the battle system

And who would be the allies of the people Volga fights? What would determine how strong their effect would be? Surely the fights wouldn't turn into 2 vs. 1, where Volga gets help and others don't. The tournament is set up as a single knockout tournament. Why would eliminated gladiators be allowed back in? Why would a tournament that starts off as one-on-one combat turn into team combat? As for the dating system, the tournament is separate from Volga's sex life. I could see the devs including more side quests where Volga can interact with and fight alongside his love interest(s), but including them in his tournament fights doesn't make sense in my opinion.

Yeah sometimes Patreon has this weird glitch where you comments just disappear for no reason. I saw them because the email patreon sent me. But anyway, I think tag team sounds nice but it's probably too late for that now. Perhaps it'll work as a what-if scenario in the future XD But yeah, the current game is pretty much like what VAChemist said where you might get a chance to tag team with your love interest in their special quest. - Punipen
