New Release Plan (Patreon)

From our previous post discussing on the matter, most people want us to release the game per chapter instead of all of them at once at an expense of no technical support. Therefore, the new release plan will be as follow:


For Patrons

  • New chapter will be released as soon as it's finished, with Chapter 3 planned to release in September
  • We will prepare a method for reporting bug easily
  • Bugs will not be fixed as soon as possible unless it's a critical game crashing bug
  • We will provide no support in case of not being able to run the game on your machine
  • Game might not be well-balanced in many aspects
  • There's a risk of save data not working in the future versions. In this case, we will provide a save file starting around the end of the previous chapter with resources for you to customize your character

For Public

  • New chapter won't be released until chapter 3, 4, 5 and 6 are finished.

Thank goodness. I really appreciate the hard work that's going into this game but after quite a while of supporting with no playable update to the game I was contemplating moving my support to another creator. So this is good news that you'll be releasing per chapter.

Huh, I thought there were only 5 chapters. Definitely glad we're getting per chapter releases though!

That was the old plan with 3 playable characters, but now that Volga has become the main canon story, we've found that 5 chapters wouldn't be enough. Chapter 6 is more like after game end/before the final boss though, so it's mostly optional dungeons/bosses and dating characters before you decide to end the game. - Punipen

I like the new release schedule, tbh, I really enjoy replaying the first 2 chapters a lot, as it really let's me appreciate all the hard work you put in per chapter and let's us grow with you, as well as provide feedback and bug fixes along the way (thank to your awesome dev reports and responses), for a much smoother final release experience. Plus, a 6th chapter sounds awesome, it does seem a little strange to introduce Jara, fairy, light and dark, and quest mechanics at what is more than halfway through, gives us more familiarity with those systems and incorporate them better, so the more chapters, the better. Keep up the great work!
