IL - Mermaid Power: Cryogenesis (Patreon)

Not much to say... I wanted to test if this was possible without the hassle of making a full spell... so I made it a mermaid power that mass freezes all the sims around (and changes the weather to cold) 

Requires the Injector as usual. 

There is no need to ask for this enabled for spellcasters, Morgyn already started a petition to have all the elemental spells doing this, in my head... I'll do them once I'll be done with voodoo.
