GT - No Ask To Drink for Vampires Clubs (Patreon)

This is probably just me once again, but... I want no good vampires in my game. I have no good vampires in my game (apart from Caleb, but he's dumb) and it bugs me that when you set "Drink Plasma" as a rule in clubs, they always, ALWAYS, ask to drink from other Sims or drink packs... like, no... True vampires don't ask!

So, this is very small, to remove the Ask to Drink and Drink Packs interaction from the rule.
