This mod doesn't remove the idle chatting it just reduces the duration of the interaction by half, removing from it a big part of the continuation and toning down the time. The reason I didn't release it before is because it's really studied to be used with my configuration of mods: it must be used with Meaningful Stories and my "Improving autonomy even more" modifications to see the full potential of it. If you have my old fix and want to switch to this version, remove it.

I wish we can see townies doing things on their own and living their own lives. Everytime I go to a lot they mostly walk around or "idle chat" and I want to scream. Stop trying to chat with my sim and go do something!! Ugh. Okay now that I got that out I can download this🙈🙈

I am really interested in your work. I have not used any of it yet, but it ALL sounds very well thought out and detailed. Do you think it'd be possible to have a mod that affects parent sims. Like, have strict parents that are immediately strict w/ all kids, regularly asking about school, strict w/ grades and chores and friend visits. When parents/players refuse to let a friend come over the kid/teen sim gets a small angry buff in reaction that could grow depending on other parental interactions in the day that may make it worse or better.

hi Zero, i wanted to ask, is this mod compatible with Personality Please? as far as I remember PP removes Idle Chat completely (or something like that), and yours only reduces it

No. It's compatible if mine goes into the overrides folder. PP currently prevents Sims from autonomous socializing because it removes the idle chat completely.

ok, thx u for your reply, you are always so kind, I always wanted to say that - you are just like one of those Marvel super-heroes, but only in the Sims 4 world (sorry if I wrote something meaningless, I am ashamed for my poor English :D)
