Those recaps, though. I love david production, but damn. I mean, I get it..... they're probably cooking something for future episodes. Also, they probably have the episode blocked out and know where they want to end the season, and I guess there was just a lot of space left over with the content they wanted each episode to cover. It's a pain in the ass, but it is what it is. I wanna say they definitely could've blocked out the episodes a bit different to give us significantly less excessive recap, but I wasn't there working on it so who knows. That's really my only issue with the adaptation, though. I don't feel like the recap content is ruining the anime or anything. It's annoying, but other than that it's been a very great adaptation, imo.

16:17 I believe Rip said she has an hour to till she bleeds out. From the time she got hit till the time they took down Rip only like 15 minutes passed. And I agree with everyone else about the recaps ^ but surprisingly, this episode covered more than I thought it would.
