Glad to see that ED enjoyed the film, as people did note that when this movie initially came out, the reception was fairly mixed at the time. I think now it's generally regarded as one of the best anime sequels films after a few years of cooking. At least now ED can see why people knew there had to be a 4th film even before the concept trailer or the official announcements, cuz that ending meant it's not gonna completely end there.

I'll also note some side material that ED or really anyone can check out while we wait for the 4th film that I would recommend: -The Different Story: it's a canon manga that, without spoiling too much, helps flesh out Mami and Kyoko more since they didn't get a whole lot of screen time in the show. Highly recommend this one as it's in general a great manga (plus it's fairly short). -Majuu-hen/Wraith Arc: canon manga that takes place between the original series and the Rebellion film to basically explain more on how we got to the start of Rebellion. -Homura Tamura: this manga is not canon, but I thought it was a pretty funny gag manga and isn't that long. Kind of a "what if" scenario story with some fun elements involving stuff that's common now like the multiverse. -The Concept Film Trailer: also not canon, but it's cool to see what crazy ideas Shaft and the Urobutcher were cooking and tossed for (probably) even crazier ideas for the next film. It's also under 4 mins, so it's a quick watch. -Random Magia Record clips: I noted this cuz I'll be honest and say that the Magia Record (an adaptation of the gacha game) is kinda trash, but there's some cool stuff here and there, so just search the good shit on YouTube lol. Highly recommend if you wanna see like Sayaka do cool stuff.

Your reaction was really great!! So many scenes in this movie hit hard. Honestly, Homura is such a great character and I don't think she's as 'evil' as she claims to be. I only recently watched the series and movie for the first time, too, so thank god we didn't have to wait 10+ years for all this content lmao. Anyway, there are some pretty funny meme videos that you might enjoy, such as Meguca maduka (there is a YouTube video with a ton of views). There's also madoka in 30 seconds + the Rebellion version which I think got removed from YouTube due to copyright but both comedies are free on the internet archive. There is also the Tamura manga series which is funny and super well done
