hey! do people told you that Rikka Highschool is an actual school in Kyoto? It's the Kyoto tachibana junior and senior high school. They have one of the strongest marching bands in the world, and IRL they are called "The orange devils" just like Rikka is called "Blue Devils", the anime doesn't really do justice to them, that's why we think that someday they will adapt the spinoff about them, IRL they have that name because they are actually fucking beasts, they are literally dancing the whole time they are in the march while playing about 10 different songs by memory. You can go to youtube and check some of the performances, I think they did the Imperial March on disneyland, they are pretty famous. Kyoani always promotes their own regional culture, I love them for it, really living upon the name of the studio.
