It's pretty nice to see in this episode how much Laios respect Marcille, he has said every now and then that Marcille is amazing and she puts the most effort in this adventure out of everyone... I have always seen Laios and Marcille relationship as Brother and sister, she is always bringing him to his senses and calling him out, also teaching him magic, and you can tell Laios looks up to her. At the end of the day this two are the closest to Falin. Also, Marcille knows well how he thinks and acts because Falin is pretty much like Laios (I don't know if she is autistic too but for how she acts in many episodes she probably is... and autism can be genetic too, so she could be to a degree but probably not that deep on the spectrum).

Love how even episodes like this never feel like filler or that the show is stalling. You get so many good character interactions, and more insight into each character and world building, it never feels like a waste of time. This show is so good
