I liked the way they ended. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to show Sylphys glow up until the next season. But they ended it well

damn anime only explained a tiny bit of eris pov, about how she felt with how small rudeus felt compared to her and she was upset with herself with the fact she couldn't do anything to protect rudeus vs the draqon god. The LN went more into depth with her thought process back to ep 8. with how it was her mother that sent her to rudeus room that day and kinddd of manipulating eris by saying that rudy is the only boy who sticks around her and could ever love her for who she is. she went to rudys room intending to do what her mother wanted, but ended up pushing rudy off, because she didn't think rudy actually loved her and she felt bad after storming out the room she came back and made up the whole 15 thing hoping she would know if rudy loved her by then lul

Correction its been like 3 years since the teleportation incident. I thought they should've gone more in depth with Eris's mindset on the whole situation but overall a good episode. Can't wait for season 2 and the Eris the goblin slayer OVA

also the dude with glasses is wrong about the whole eris kidnap and concubine thing. the boreas family assumed it was the fat dude that was at sauros execution was the mastermind behind eris kidnap, because he hates the boreas family. also last episode they were trying to have eris be a concubine to pauls brother aka eris's uncle..

Of course 💯 agree but still eris is never good at saying what she feels for Rudy it wasn’t until they shared their first night together she saw how small Rudy was physically and then transitioning to the where she makes the vow to go train and be stronger in order to be worthy of his love and devotion To protect what she loved and to then stand infront and say the words she wants to this time with full conviction and not waiver at the fact

Perfect anime, but not a perfect adaptation. Only thing I'm sad about is them turning Eris’s pov chapter into a couple minutes. To everyone plz read it, it's toward the end of vol 6 and I got all the pdfs. It adds an incredible amount of depth to her character. Anyway the final minutes got me emotional asf, it really just showed Rudeus’s growth since his past life and hammers down the core theme of the story that people can change

It was around 2 years from the time they were teleported to the demon continent til they got back to Fitoa. I'm glad they gave a little bit about why Eris left Rudy like that, but there was definitely more to it that was left out. I don't remember her cutting her hair in the LN and Rudy was depressed, but he still did work around the land until he decided to go looking for his mom. He wasn't laid up like they had him in the anime. I like both versions, but I wish they would have showed Rudy helping out too.

Probably not (don't quote me) but sherm posted earlier he was gonna be out of town and every thing was on hold till Sunday at least. But then he released this and demon slayer so who knows. But in case you missed the announcement he's gonna be busy for the holiday starting today

In the light novel the Dragon god used water god style defense type called "flow" is what sent Eris flying when she attacked him. But they cut that line out in the show.

Man, it hurt seeing Rudy like that ngl. And then when he finally got up, the emotional elation was something else. They really played my heart strings like a violin this episode. Also kinda already miss Eris' long hair, she was much more kawaii like that, but at the same time the short hair look makes her look older and more mature. Seeing Sylphie at the end was super hype. Kinda mad they ended it right there lmao. Hair color change definitely understandable. Easier to make connections when you don't have the same hair color as the "scary Superd." I recognized her voice though for sure. VA went a little deeper to the levels of Darkness from Konosuba or Asfi from Danmachi.

Honestly idk what my favorite moment is. The Trigger-esque Demon Empress or w/e midget is always hilarious to watch though. Definitely back when Ghislaine rescued Rudy and Eris was pretty epic. Idk, there were so many good moments.

Damn, my prediction of what was going on with Eris was pretty close. Not 100% but hey. My favorite moment? As a moment that meant a lot to me I have to go with when Roxy unknowingly helped Rudy go outside his home. As someone who has social anxiety, luckily not to the extent or for the same reasons as Rudy, that shit hit man. Cause it really can be really tough at times to do that. That moment right there cemented in my mind that the growth was gonna be beautiful in this series. But yea. And then my favorite, none emotionally biased, moment has to be the obvious. The reveal of Orsted and ensuing fight, if you can call it that haha, was epic as hell. Definitely top 10 moments in anime for sure. Thank you guys for all the great reactions this season! Can't wait for the next one!
