Soon there will be a formula. It'll be 3 episode arcs, 2 individual fillers, rinse repeat. Then it'll turn into 5 ep arc and the two fillers will be "to be continued" episodes

Believe it or not, Gin does pay the 2 their wages AND rent (approximately $650.00 USD/month) ... But only when he feels like it. 😆 Sorachi confirmed in his questionnaires of the manga that Gin does handle financial responsibilities, even taking independent jobs when the 2 have day off or something. He just does it all last second, with rentusually 5 months backedup.
