Paisen is like, Im not gonna be 100% correct but from what I have come to understand it is an improper way of addressing a Senpai. It depends on the relationship of the ones involved but it could be considered a rude way to address a Senpai showing they do not respect their Senpai or just an informal/friendly way like a nick-name. and it comes from reading Senpai backwards cause for them it is the 2 characters Sen-Pai so they just flip em.

Well I think it depends on how its used, its not disrespectful in every sense but it (from what i found) can be used like someone sitting there going "sure thing *boss*" where you know they dont like the other person but yeah what you said its just slang
