Next week is going to be INSANE!!! Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel I. presage flower is two hours of some of the best media you will ever experience. I'd recommend you guys treat yourselves and get the BD version.

I got to watch this in theaters, and saw a special interview after the movie! The creator said he did indeed put Taki and Mitsuha in this movie! Taki was with the grandma, as you guys saw. And it seemed you missed it, but Mitsuha was the lady that Hodoka bought the ring from!! She had the ribbon in her hair and everything!

Trivia: the eggplant and cucumber with the sticks shown at the beginning represent horses (cucumbers) and cows (eggplants). Legend has it that during obon (which is like a festival of the dead shown with Taki's grandmother) dead relatives travel to our world on those animals.

I absolutely love this movie though. One of my favorite non-Miyazaki anime movies. I saw it in theaters, and it was fucking amazing. So moving, I was blown away.
