Hi everyone! A new update for School of Lust (v0.11e) has just released, with mainly bug fixes and a few minor additions (scroll down to the end of this post for the full changelog). Stay tuned for the next content update, which will include new H-scenes/quests.

I'm very grateful to say that we've reached the maximum respondents for the survey in just a few days. In other words, 100 patrons have completed the survey! I expected a lot less (because let's be honest, everyone hates filling surveys), but you guys are awesome! Most of the fixes/changes in this update was thanks to the recent survey. Unfortunately, the survey was anonymous, so I don't know who filled in what, or I would've personally thanked some of you for reporting bugs I never even knew existed.

I would like to take this opportunity to discuss some of the things that stood out in the survey results.

First of all, the overall impression for School of Lust is very positive. The main concern with the game seems to be that it's "unclear on what to do next" (44%), and I assume that this is mainly due to the 'disguise' quest, which pretty much everyone was having problems with. I've completely revamped these quests in v0.11e, where both the "Harassing the Harasser" quest and the "M is no longer a Bum" quest now have much clearer guidance on how to proceed.

Another concern was the grammatical errors (14%), which isn't a surprise to me, as no one has proofread School of Lust yet (and I'm pretty much illiterate). I'll have someone proofread it asap.

When it comes to what sexual content you wanted added, most of you chose Harem (63%), Threesome (56%), Penetration (55%), Pregnancy/Lactation (55%), Doggystyle (53%), Titsjob (54%), Outdoor Exposure (51%) and Futanari (29%). All of these are planned in the upcoming updates and then some...

The results for your favorite characters didn't surprise at all. As expected, Natalie (60%) is on top together with Violet (59%). Both Aiyana (19%) and Nicole (20%) didn't have much screen time, so them not being among top favorites, didn't surprise me much. However, 10% of you chose Mittens as your favorite character. Not sure what to think about that (^._.^)ノ

The results for your least favorite characters didn't surprise me either. As expected, the Gip character (43%), which you're supposed to dislike (as he's the current antagonist), was pretty much the only one that was notably on top of the disliked-characters-list. Some of you were very concerned that NTR/cuckold content will be included to the game with the introduction of the  Gip  character. While there already are some very mild cuckold content (bunny bar &  Gip grope), rest assured that any hardcore NTR content will be completely avoidable. The girls are all yours to play with.

Most of you were split about the alter-ego/split personality of the protagonist. 23% Liked him, and 20% disliked him. I noticed that those who disliked the alter-ego, were quite vocal about it. One of you wrote that the 'alter-ego' doesn't have a purpose to it, but that is going to change. Not just story-wise will the 'alter-ego' have a huge impact, but also gameplay-wise. In the future, you will be able to play as either the 'alter-ego' or the protagonist, as demonstrated at the first part of the game, which also changes your options in the game.

A few of you (9%) didn't like the protagonist either, but that's just a personal preference. The idea is to start as a wimpy virgin, and end up being a pimping virgout(?).

And last, but not least, exactly 8 out of 10 (80%) picked School of Lust as their favorite game developed by us, which is surprisingly high! SUPERCREEP got 11% and Game of Boners got 9%.

Again, thank you so much for all of you who have completed the survey. It's been extremely helpful!

Full changelog:

  •  Added keys and coins to the UI in the Hole. The menu/inventory can't be accessed in the Hole, so there was no way to know how many keys/coins you had collected (unless you left the Hole).
  • Added the option to skip the prologue (day 1) at the start of the game.

  • Revamped the quests that requires you to disguise yourself again. Some of you were still (understandably) having problems with it, so we've included an objective leading you straight towards the Job Agency to disguise yourself, and after you do the "Job agency" quest, the diguise will be put inside your inventory, which allows you to do the quests requiring you to disguise immediately, without having to work. Please note that this may not be compatible with older save files. If you've not started the "Harassing the Harasser" quest yet or if you've already completed the "Harassing the Harasser" quest, you can use your current save files.

  • Fixed performance issues on larger maps. Using a mouse to move/click around on larger maps was causing random FPS drops. This was related to the path finding, which has now been reduced. The downside to this is that the protagonist will be "dumber", when it comes to finding the best path to a certain location, which also means that you will bump against objects more often on larger maps. We've also added the option to change the general "Path Finding" value from the options menu. The higher you set it, the better path finding, but the worse performance.
  • Fixed an issue when using a keyboard/controller to interact with certain events would cause the game to freeze (this did not apply to mouse controls).
  • Fixed issue when interacting with all chests in the Hole, which would cause the protagonist to move away from the chest to open it.
  • Fixed another issue with chests, where they sometimes would not drop anything at all. This was due to a coding error.
  • Fixed drop rates from chests, which have been increased now. The first boss drops a key to open a chest now as well.
  • Fixed an issue when talking to Claire in the library for the first time. After you talk to her again, your character will walk up towards the couch, while Claire is nowhere near it.
  • Fixed an issue when talking to Sofia, where her animated bust did not disappear after you cancelled out of giving her an item (right mouse click/ESC key) during the "Sofia's Unusual Request" quest.
  • Fixed an issue where you weren't able to go "straight to school" when you tried to leave the house within the first week due to an error in the recent (v0.11d) update.
  • Fixed a few grammatical errors (e.g. "My Bedoom" mouse label instead of "My Bedroom").
  • Fixed unique items limit (increased from 99 to 999), as it was causing problems when collecting more than 99 coins at a time in the Hole.
