In light of Gabe Newell being quoted as saying he is still very much in support of paid mods, I thought it appropriate to take a trip down memory lane and reopen the discussion that launched my channel. 


Are paid mods a good thing? Why are people so resistant to them? And what are the possible implications of paid modding?
