New commission process (Patreon)

Going to start taking commissions differently,  everyone will now have a chance to apply over the course of 4 days by sending in a small application that will be reviewed on Thursdays. if you are approved you will be given the actual commission form to fill out and have sent in by friday night as well as payment. 

This means I will be picking Ideas that are either what I want to draw or are the higher priced applications. this new way will allow for me to pick from the queue to meet my weekly income and also take on less work to make room for my comic, and other Patreon based projects. instead of taking what I can get, like I have been.
