Naditu is a full hypnotic yoga exercise. I think it is really some of my best work to date. It features some new tricks, as well as very precisely placed ASMR effects and tone drones.

THIS version is for actual yoga practice, at any time of the day.

The yoga sections and exercises are designed for complete beginners. The actual movement is neck rolls, cow/cat poses, and upward leg stretches. If you can do those, you can do this. If not, no worries. You can look those up on YouTube if you find the instructions unclear!

“Naditu” is not in actuality a form of yoga. Instead, it’s a Sumerian/Bablyonian word. According to some texts, the naditu engaged in ritual temple prostitution.

You can find references to this part of the mythos in a number of other piece, such as Hex and Sigil. It’s deeply coded in a number of pieces, but it makes a continuous and ongoing timeline between a number of story arcs.
