Added a new tier for character polls (Patreon)

I've added a new tier in which you can access polls for a picture of a character you will vote for. These polls won't necessarily follow a strict schedule. Feel free to suggest which characters you'd like me to add into the upcoming poll, be it under this post or another, and I will add them. (unless i'm really against the idea)
