Tier Change (Patreon)

 Tier now only has $2 Tier, $5 patron can change to $2 now.
I want to keep thing simple, so I think only $2 can make me keep drawing without too much pressure and have some income.

My all art basically can be see on Twitter now, so this will become more like supportive tier.
If there are anything beside art I can give, will still put in this tier though.
