Unlaunch after sending 201907Reward (Patreon)

As the title said, my patreon will be unlaunch after I send this month's reward.
Already pause the charge for now,
so you don't have to worry about be charge for August if I send reward late. 

After time pass, I realized the status right now isn't what I want, I feel stuck, so I have to move on now.
