The unfortunately truth is that there is no such thing as a "muslim nation" in actuality. It's all a big political fair ground where islam is used in the same manner as that photo-OP of trump holding the bible, just to hold power. As a matter of fact any attempt of any political party to rise to power on purely religious beliefs are met with terror allegations and calls for sanctions. Practicing muslims are actually facing similar discrimination in their own nations so believe me when I say no one here in the middle east was the least surprised to find their nation backing china for the new religion is money and china is the new god man has chosen to obey.

I think Joe is confusing Inner Mongolia with Mongolia. Outer Mongolia is its sovereign nation, and China can't fully grasp economic control because it's a buffer zone between Russia and China. Mongolia uses the Cyrillic alphabet and whole different culture and lifestyle. Whereas Inner Mongolia has been part of China since the Qing dynasty, and ethnic Mongols are almost nonexistent as they have assimilated more into Han Chinese culture.
