Hi Patrons,

Over the last few days I've been thinking about the way I'm organising my content.

The way it currently is:

  • YouTube channel: High quality, edited content
  • Twitch channel: Livestream and completed games

My main issue is that not a lot of people are aware that completed game playthroughs, other than StarCraft 2, are available on Twitch. I've got all of them properly organised in playlists (they call them collections) but not a lot of people are aware of this.

My suggested solution, I would like your thoughts on this, is to start a second YouTube channel. A channel where I ocassionally updated say hour long episodes that are straight highlights from Twitch livestreams.

The new setup would look something like this:

  • LowkoTV - YouTube channel: High quality, edited content (5-6 days a week)
  • MoreLowko - YouTube channel: Video archive of 1 hour long episodes of completed games I've streamed on Twitch. This will not be on a strict upload schedule, only whenever I complete game (I've got a pretty long back log of games I could post).
  • Twitch channel: Livestream and past broadcasts

I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think a new setup like this would be superior? Please let me know in the comments!

Cheers,

Simon
