Major life update, and how it affects my patrons: (Patreon)

Hey everyone. So, there's been a lot going on with me in the past couple of months. Lots of good, bad and in-between. A fair bit of it will effect my contribution to Patreon rewards during September and October as life events at the moment will harshly impact my ability to work.

The good news is that my husband, Dreamous, has secured a clear career path he's taking during our temporary stay in Phoenix. We are officially moving to North Carolina at the end of September, and we are very excited and relieved to have a direction and location to go to for the next step in our lives.

However, as anyone knows, moving is a major ordeal on time and resources, and it's made doubly so in that it's a coast-to-coast move. So, not only is it majorly expensive, it's also incredibly difficult logistics-wise to get ourselves from A to B. I've decided that the best option is to have our stuff professionally moved such a long distance, as moving stuff from Tustin to Phoenix a few months ago was a hassle in itself. I don't want to handle such a move that is about 7 times farther myself.

As such, I'm going to have to pack away all my stuff and make sure it's ready to be taken and delivered to my new residence in Winston-Salem. But, that means that I'm going to be without -any- of my belongings except an old laptop and some clothes, so I can't really work since I won't have my main machine with me for almost 2 weeks. This will be during the last part of September.

But that's not all. Some of you who frequent my Roommates streams on Picarto know this already since I got the news during the tail end of one about 2 weeks ago. But to make matters more complicated and emotional, my Grandmother on my mother's side unfortunately passed away. My family has been struggling with the loss, and I also need to help and support my mom, especially during the funeral arrangements and service. Almost everything has been handled by this point except the service itself (which I'm going to this coming weekend, the 1st), but with all the work I've been doing, on top of Dreamous being out of town for a few weeks for his own work, August has been a harrowing experience for me.

I usually keep a lot of stuff to myself, but I feel like all this is stuff you guys, my supporters, should be aware of. I've been at a peek of stress in my life for this whole year (there's so much more that's been going on), and it's starting to effect my sleep and thus my health. But I plan on taking steps to reduce stress by the time 2018 rolls around. I just really need to get through October before I can start to get a handle back on my life and my work.

On the bright side, the steps I'm referring to DO involve a little bit more attention to my Patreon than usual. Just a tad, but I do want to start focusing on more personal works. It's so rare that I get to draw things for myself that aren't dictated by others, so I really need to start giving myself that freedom. But I like streaming for you guys, so I'm hoping to do more patron-only streams as well as public ones for the sake of making more content for my Patreon. We'll see how it goes once I start all that. Poll Pinups and Roommates stuff will still be a regular thing, though.

So, a little summary/tl;dr I guess: We're moving in a few weeks, and my Grandma died. I've been working 6 or 7 days a week for a couple months now on average to raise funds for the move, and I'm stressed the fuck out, but will be working to improve that in a few months when I can. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CONTENT DURING SEPTEMBER AND PARTIALLY OCTOBER WILL BE ON THE SCARCE SIDE DUE TO MATTERS OUTSIDE OF MY CONTROL.
