The reaction videos remind me of Zootopia. It includes a fall-out and reconciliation. There is an apology scene that takes place rather spontaneously, and it doesn't include "I'm sorry". And the offence is hard to face, it requires admitting something about yourself you are vocally critical of. It's shameful and cringe. Not sure if it is reaction material, but would be nice to hear your thoughts about how it fits to the framework. I wonder, despite its sincerity, if that apology is missing some elements.
