Thank you. Your thoughts on death anxiety really gave words to something I have been experiencing, but stuffing away, without the words to define it. I never thought about the concept of allowing myself to grieve my impending death. Realizing this brought me to tears and I feel incredibly sad, but also peaceful knowing that I am not alone in my experience.

I fear my parents' deaths a million times more than my own death. I don't fear mine that much, tbh. Probably due to my extremely chronic Depression, lmfao. One advantage to this condition, I suppose?! lolz!!
