One of the things I do not agree with JD's lawyer is the whole fake punch thing. I think that was irrelevant. What is relevant was her sister's account of the situation where AH claimed she got in between her sister and JD and punched JD. Her sister actually claimed before that AH was about to hit her sister and JD put himself between her and AH. There is also a video of WH being asked by concerned people why she lets AH hit her- because WH had a lot of bruises from AH. She admitted she was beat up by AH in this video. They did not allow in court because it was a situation between AH and WH and did not involve JD. But these sisters cover for each other and AH has abused WH in the past. It is something that should be considered when deciding is AH is capable of abusing someone and being the aggressor. Even her own sister. But who cares about the fake punch. My own father died and I did not cry. And I was close with my father. I agree those things mean absolutely nothing. I am not sure where he was going with that. Maybe he plans to bring it up again.
