Would you do an episode of being raised by a Borderline? Or Cluster B? Faulty beliefs, skills needed, common bumps, resources, and what healthy looks like in different life stages? A better baseline? Let me know if you need context.

Having also been raised by a borderline mom, I like this idea. I have been having to learn basic skills as an adult, like how to feel emotions and what to do with them. Had to learn that I had my own thoughts and it was a good thing. Had to learn the feelings for wanting something and it was ok. Boundaries. Trusting people. Self worth isn’t dependent on fulfilling others needs. Having to overcome the rejection and abandonment issues i picked up from not being able to have a self. Disorganized attachment changing to earned secure attachment. Just some things I have had to personally work on to establish a healthy living. Each was a stage but some overlapped. My therapist says my work is largely on developmental trauma. Hopefully this helps.
