This was fascinating, especially because I could substitute my experiences with chronic pain and non-pain physical symptoms, phobia, and Pure-O OCD in for the word "delusions" here and it not only makes complete sense but explained a portion of what it took to overcome most of it over the last 2 years. Would love more exploration in this space, although the word delusion would be a bit problematic (but I completely understand the rationale behind it.)
