Q-Dr Kirk , I love your content and listen to you everyday! as a future new PsyD in school.. what is best way to stay in posture and composure to reduce countertransference in session? Just learning on the job or is there any ways to stay centered in the storm ? Let’s say with a borderline patient for example!? Thanks for any ideas! 😎🙏🔥
