befriending whomever you are jealous of is an excellent way to neutralize jealousy! as long as you don’t know, you can fill in the unknown with your insecurities...but if you get to know the unknown, you can see that she’s a just a normal person && chill tf out. worked for me for yeeears. 👍🏻 also BEFRIEND THE BEST FRIEND, she is a wealth of institutional knowledge. >_> if they were going to ever date, they’d already be dating by now. :P

As a woman who has been rowing for 20 years (since high school) I can offer some context on hot dude rowers. Despite a lot of exposure I’ve never once pursued. They can be nice to look at from a boatslength but it doesn’t take long to realize their attraction potential is shallow and that they near universally smell like sweaty under-laundered spandex. That said, it’s a great sport! And I’d encourage any woman to join a rowing team if they enjoy being around tough, strong and team oriented women.
