Thank you so much for this. I found it very helpful and also complimentary to a book I’m just reading (Marc Edmond - Le Changement en Psychothérapie). He tries but doesn’t quite manage if I understand correctly, to say all the different types of therapy don’t exclude each other because they have some common ground. I like your approach that somewhere along the line psychodynamic work is actually also interpersonal.
