Kirk, I found it so funny how you stayed "on the soapbox." Gave me a good laugh! Also, I just love your podcast. Can't get enough of it! I'm making home made pizza and catching up on episodes today. I know I send you a lot of messages and comments but it's because the podcast is consistently wonderful. Thanks, keep up the great work.

I work for a very large theme park and we are very family oriented. There's hugging, high fives and, depending on which location you work at, the occasional butt slap. Haha I personally work in a kitchen where not touching someone as you pass by could mean boiling liquid being spilled on you. Hands on is part of the culture in a kitchen. Well the higher ups had to go to a sexual harassment class, to learn the proper way to touch people. You know what they were told was the "only appropriate and acceptable way" to touch someone? Cupping their elbow. I'm not joking. Try this with Humberto one day, see how he reacts. Walk up, say nothing, and cup his elbow. It's creepy. I would prefer a butt slap. At least it's honest.
