I relate with Chairgo(?) lol. But I definitely don’t say anything out loud, I just use this information to how I react to situations. And I’ve just been more aware of certain behaviors/language people around me use.

As a foster and adoptive parent for 20 years, you are right on target in your comments about adoptive parents not being prepared or supported in dealing with heavily traumatized children.

Dr H is right as always. I often attachment shame my partner by making him listen to certain parts of the podcast that suit me. Won't be doing that anymore 😋. He still refuses to go to therapy though
