I'm partly Egyptologist (trained in religious studies) and have histrionic traits, and the wandering uterus makes me think of endometriosis which actually are wandering uterus-cells in the body. The ancient Egyptians had a great knowledge of the body because of the embalment process, so why not? Maybe they actually talked about endometriosis and the pain of endometriosis does make you seem histrionic because the pain is awful and also strange and difficult to comprehend for the sufferer if their health carers around them don't recognize the diagnosis.
