What a great episode and final speech by Kirk! I related a lot and can personally say that it's true - it does work, and when you can stick with it even through the pain, it gets better.

Today I had just been wondering about the "why" re the TP hoarding, so this was great to listen to, and Dr Kirk, I LOL'd several times during your butt theory, haha. I agree w/Jules above that your and Bob's sharing at the end about how very important it is to trust another human via your therapist and to give it time. I've had two therapists where I got to the point where I truly trusted them, and wow, that is when I've had the most healing. I'm now looking for a new therapist and oh how I wish I could clone you!
