Reading about Schema Therapy (Patreon)

I've been deep diving into the literature on schema therapy. It coincides with my way of thinking. I just took the psychometric test to see what my schemas are. I might use this test with clients and students. I think it's illuminating. Anyone have any experience with schema therapy?
