Okay, this might be an extremely stupid question, but do the rape fantasies have to include the fantasizing person in the scenario, or does this include having rape fantasies involving fictional characters or actors, or whatever, without the person being even "present" in the fantasy? I honestly can't wrap my head around what even is the base line here...

Also, do these studies assume that the women have fantasies of being raped, or does the model include the possibility of women fantasizing about raping other women or the man? I feel there really is not sufficient data here. It's sort of enforcing gender roles by simply assuming women fantasize about being masochistic rape victims instead of being the "aggressor"....
