New patron, though I've been listening and binge listening old episodes for a few weeks. I didn't realize there was a collective dislike of episode 7 until I listened to your podcast. I thought the point of the episode was to show how Eleven would behave in a sort of moral dilemma (kill the evil guy who has a family) and show how much she cared about her friends. She more or less gave up her family for them. I thought it was kind of deep. That being said, I did think the over the top outfits of the rebel group was pretty silly. You are not going to be very conspicuous with orange mohawk.

Ha! Totally. Yeah, that was the one thing I liked about that episode, the character beats for Eleven. But the rest of it did not appeal to me.
