A while back you guys did an episode on apologies and what goes into making an effective apology. I'd be really interested to hear your thoughts on the various statements that came out in response to all the scandals. I wonder in these types of scenarios, if there can be a perfect apology or if the allegation is just so abhorrent that there is no perfect apology, or response. When you look at what Kevin Spacey said compared to what Louis C.K. said in their statements, there's a pretty clear difference there on the spectrum of responses we've seen.

Yeah. Totally. I was thinking about that ep on apologies and the several critical elements of an apology. Louis seemed to address several of those elements, while the other did not.
