Casper Milquetoast was a cartoon character that I remember from the Funny papers.

Hey, thank you so much for this podcast! I was in a relationship last year with a guy who acted in ways that correlate with a lot of what you said about passive aggressive behavior. I won't say he has a personality disorder because I'm not a therapist nor do I study psychology; however, this podcast really showed me why I experienced what I did last year (I mean emotionally, myself). I've never come across such behavior before so it really confused me- you were right when you said that it makes you feel worthless, angry, hurt, disrespected, and completely stressed. I've had PTSD symptoms in the past and I recognized those symptoms being triggered again last year and I didn't understand why; once I distanced myself from him and the situation I realized that the symptoms left. I'll admit I did everything you said not to do with a person who displays this behavior- I confronted him with my anger, I confronted him with my stress and feelings of worthlessness and I explained why I felt this way. And I left the situation completely. Sorry, this is really long- thank you for the podcast! It has explained a lot to me and I hope I'll handle things better in the future if I ever come across another individual like this. Thank you!
