Visual Novel Theming (Patreon)

I know I've talked about the comic I'm working on (which is coming along in terms of being written, I just need to start drawing the darn thing...) but lets say I'm dabbling with the idea of a visual novel as well. The comic won't be cast aside, I'd just be putting some stories I've written out there but.. with pictures haha! IF I were to do so... preg or stuffing/weight gain? I'd probably do one of each eventually but which interests y'all the most?
